SEASON RENTALS: A SMART CHOICE

As the first snow of the mountains fell this week, it’s time to start thinking about the ski/snowboarding season.  As parents, we are always looking for cost effective ways to get passes and equipment.  Last year we did the season rental from a local Ski/Snowboarding shop.  The price to rent a ski/snowboarding package for the whole season  is totally reasonable.  Usually prices start at around $80 and you get fairly new gear.   What I like about this deal is that your gear is covered for the season in that if your kid grows out of a certain item, you can get it replaced.  In addition you are not buying a full package that your kid may grown out of by next year.   We are going with Ski N See/ARC this year for our kids’ gear and we recommend you check them out.
