Okay!  This looks intense but it’s not too bad.  Actually Sheila made this hour of mixing different types of exercise fun.  From HIIT training to Yoga and Pilates to Kickboxing, this is a mashup of full body fitness for all ages and levels.  Even my husband got into the groove and showed that he could follow along.  Here is some of the info on how you can get involved.

Classes will be held every Tuesday/Thursday at 8:50am in the park (4570 S 2300 E ). Sheila wants to make exercise accessible to all, therefore classes are free! If you’d like to donate, there is a suggested $6 donation per class. Punch passes are available if you don’t want to deal with money every time. Otherwise, just come and enjoy and invite friends to join you.
